This category allows individual investors to earn referral bonuses and become eligible for withdrawals after meeting specific referral requirements. Eligibility & Requirements:
• The referrer must have an active and funded individual account with Quantum Leap Funds.
• Each referred individual must successfully complete the registration process and make a qualifying deposit that meets the platform’s minimum investment requirement.
• To initiate a withdrawal, the referrer must introduce at least three (3) new investors to Quantum Leap Funds. These three referrals must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

Referral Bonus & Benefits:
• For every successful referral, participants earn a 10% referral bonus based on the new investor’s first deposit.
• Increased earning potential as referrals grow, offering a sustainable stream of additional income.
• Strengthened trust and credibility within the Quantum Leap Funds community by bringing in new investors who benefit from high-yield investment opportunities.
Additional Terms:
• Self-referrals and fraudulent sign-ups are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the referral program.
• If any referred investor fails to meet the required investment threshold, their referral will not count toward the withdrawal eligibility requirement.
• The 10% referral bonus applies only to the first deposit made by each referred investor. Subsequent deposits will not qualify for additional referral bonuses.

2. Couples Referral Program
The Couples Referral Program is tailored for clients who operate a joint investment account as partners. This category allows couples to leverage their combined networks and maximize their earning potential through referrals. Participants in this category must meet specific requirements before initiating withdrawals.
Eligibility & Requirements:
• The couple must have an active and funded joint account with Quantum Leap Funds.
• Each referred investor must register successfully and make a qualifying deposit that meets the platform’s minimum investment requirement.
• To initiate a withdrawal, the couple must refer at least seven (7) new investors who complete the registration and investment process. These referrals must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
Referral Bonus & Benefits:
• Each successful referral earns the couple a 10% referral bonus based on the referred investor’s first deposit.
• Couples have the opportunity to receive exclusive incentives or priority benefits based on their referral performance.
• This program allows partners to build stronger financial security together, leveraging their networks to enhance their joint investment portfolio.
Additional Terms: • Each referred investor must be a unique individual with no duplicate accounts.
• Any attempt to manipulate the referral program by creating fake or inactive accounts will result in disqualification and forfeiture of referral earnings.
• The 10% referral bonus applies only to the first deposit made by each referred investor. Additional deposits will not qualify for further referral bonuses.

3. General Terms & Conditions

To maintain transparency, fairness, and integrity in the Quantum Leap Funds Referral Program, all participants must adhere to the following general terms and conditions:
1. Verification Process
• Quantum Leap Funds reserves the right to review and verify all referrals before approving bonuses or withdrawal eligibility.
• Any account found to be engaging in fraudulent referral activities may face suspension, termination, or forfeiture of earnings.
2. Referral Tracking & Validation
• All referrals must be tracked through the unique referral link assigned to each participant.
• Only referrals completed through this system will be counted towards withdrawal eligibility.
• If a referred investor fails to use the referrer’s unique link during registration, the referral will not be counted.

3. Withdrawal Limitations

• Until the minimum referral requirements are met (three referrals for individual accounts, seven referrals for couples accounts), the referrer will not be able to process any withdrawal requests.
• The withdrawal restriction applies only to earnings from investments and does not affect the ability to withdraw referral bonuses.
4. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

• Any fraudulent activity, including:
• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts for personal gain).
• Referring inactive or fake accounts that do not meet the investment criteria.
• Providing false information to manipulate bonuses.
• Will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of bonuses, and possible legal action if necessary.
• Quantum Leap Funds maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities and reserves the right to monitor, audit, and investigate any suspicious referral transactions.
5. Program Modifications & Termination

• Quantum Leap Funds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any changes to the referral program will be officially communicated through our website, email notifications, or other designated channels.
• In the event of policy modifications, all existing referrals and earnings will be honored according to the terms active at the time of referral.
